Highlands Christian College (previously Christian Outreach College Toowoomba) is a co-educational College offering a seamless curriculum for students from Prep to Year 12.  This ensures a smooth transition from Primary, to Middle to Senior Years.

Highlands caters for all aspects of life. Our Playgroup, Kindy & Early Learning, College and Church are nestled between Middle Ridge and Kearneys Spring. Located in South Toowoomba our Campus offers spacious grounds in close proximity to the University of Southern Queensland.
